We have one of the largest training fleets in Italy consisting of Cessna 152, Cessna 172RG, Cessna 172, and Diamond DA42, among others. We also operate multiple Full Flight Simulators.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Flight Instructor at our newest Parma Training Centre, launching in early 2026. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for conducting flight training and ground instruction for student pilots, as well as maintaining appropriate records of all training given. The Flight Instructor will also be required to participate in regular instructor meetings and liaise with the Safety Management System.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A strong attitude towards Safety of Flight Operations
  • A passion for Training
  • An EASA CPL(A) License with IR and FI(A) Certificate (must be valid)
  • English ELP Level 4 or above
  • IRI, CRI certificates is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Prior experience on aircraft types operated by the ATO
  • Right to live and work in Europe.
