L’Addetto/a alle Pulizie è una figura chiave all’interno del team operativo di Time To Host SRL, responsabile di garantire elevati standard di igiene e ordine in hotel, case vacanze e appartamenti turistici gestiti dall’azienda.
As a Store Manager of our store in Milan and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s growth in the local market. This position provides the opportunity to fully manage your store and team, while developing your skills in a dynamic environment surrounded by highly competent and determined professionals.
Monitor store performance and stay informed about market trends to drive results. Take ownership of the P&L, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with managers to implement action plans that achieve commercial goals. Establish a client-centric mindset to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and meet CRM objectives. Translate store objectives into daily targets, motivating and inspiring the team to reach them. Maintain a strong floor presence to support your team and act as a key link between the Head Office and the store.
Embody company’s culture and values, serving as an ambassador for the brand. Ensure every client has an exceptional experience and handle delicate customer situations when necessary to maintain a high standard of service.
Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes. Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient stock management and store planning. Drive the proper execution of all tasks related to the store’s digitalization initiatives.
Evaluate team performance to retain top talent and identify potential new recruits. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes team spirit. Regularly coach and support your team to help them develop the key skills needed for their roles, ensuring their growth and success.
We have a great opportunity of Client Advisor for a permanent full time contract (CDI - 40h) to join our store in La Rinascente Milan.
The successful candidate must have sales experience (essential), amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve KPI results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in luxury fashion is essential.
