Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Product & Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering trade marketing campaign, product information & specification. This role is essential supporting new product introduction in the market at different level ensuring trade campaign are efficiently delivered in trade channel and effectively measured in terms of Sell Out and ROI.

Core Responsibilities
  • Developing Product Messaging and Positioning - Creating clear, concise, and compelling messaging that highlights the unique value proposition of the product and differentiates it from competitors.
  • Trade Plan (offline / online channel) - Working with marketing communications team to develop and execute offline / online trade plan for new and existing products, including defining target for each campaign.
  • Sales Enablement - Equipping the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell the product, such as presentations, product demos, and sales scripts.
  • Content Creation - Developing various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media content to support product promotion together with marketing communications team.
  • Market Research and Analysis - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Launch Management - Managing the marketing aspects of product launches, including planning, execution, and post‑launch analysis.
  • Performance Measurement - Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance and ROI.
Qualifications
  • Experience - At least 5 years of consumer electronics market experience in marketing area.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting compelling product messaging and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking - The ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork - The ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Product Knowledge - A deep understanding of the product, its features, benefits, and specifications.
