CBRE Italy cerca un Contract Support - Assistente di Commessa per supportare la gestione operativa di contratti, coordinando chiusure mensili, avanzamento lavori e rapporti con clienti e fornitori.

La risorsa lavora a stretto contatto con il Contract Manager, HR, Finance ed EHS, contribuendo a contenere costi e migliorare l’efficienza dei servizi dei clienti CBRE.

Qualifications

• Preferibile esperienza precedente in ruoli simili o manutenzione
• Disponibilità a ispezioni in loco e a viaggi di lavoro
• Conoscenze di sistemi meccanici ed elettrici in contesti industriali e civili
• Ottima conoscenza della suite Office
• Esperienza con CMMS, SIM e principali sistemi di gestione è benvenuta
• Buone capacità relazionali e organizzative
• Propensione al lavoro per obiettivi e in contesti complessi
• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra
• Patente B
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese

Responsibilities

• Collaborazione con il Contract Manager per la gestione delle chiusure mensili
• Gestione del progresso dei lavori verso cliente e fornitori
• Valutazione delle performance delle attività subappaltate
• Supporto al manager per la creazione di documenti e report sullo stato del contratto
• Supporto alle funzioni Qualità, EHS e People nella gestione dei problemi contrattuali
• Identificazione e implementazione di opportunità di contenimento costi per migliorare l’efficienza dei servizi

One of the key roles in managing a contract is that of the Contract Support - Assistant. The Contract Support - Assistant is a fundamental figure in the work group dedicated to one or more clients who, within the team assigned to the contract(s), supports the manager in the daily management of all activities, ensuring constant connection with all central functions (HR, Finance, EHS). Specifically, the Contract Support - Assistant has the following responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the Contract Manager for the management of monthly closing activities
• Management of the work progress process towards the client and suppliers
• Evaluation of the performance of subcontracted activities
• Support to the manager for the creation of specific documents and reports relating to the progress of the contract,
• Support to Quality, EHS and People functions for the management of all related contract issues,
• Identification and implementation of opportunities for cost containment in order to improve the efficiency of the services provided

Eligible candidates for the role of Contract Support - Assistant must possess the following requirements:

• Preferable previous experience in similar roles or in maintenance
• Availability for on-site inspections alongside the manager and for any business trips
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial and civil environments
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Package
• Previous experience with CMMS, SIM software and main management systems is welcome
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Propensity to work for objectives and in complex contexts
• Teamwork attitude
• Driving License B
• Knowledge of the English language
