Jobtailor seeks a senior procurement professional in Italy to lead sourcing programs, negotiate contracts and optimize supplier performance. You will develop category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions, monitor ESG goals, and champion digital transformation by integrating AI tools and data-driven processes.

A university degree and 5+ years in sourcing or category management are required; fluent English is essential, with Italian language skills considered a plus.

• 5+ years’ experience in sourcing, category management or related fields.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude with a focus on growth and innovation.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Solid negotiations and contract management expertise.
• Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for digital innovation and AI in procurement, with hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
