About the role

Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and forward-thinking company? As our new Finance Analyst you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will guide the financial management of our Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions, ensuring we run at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for Commercial Fixed Costs elements of the monthly close process including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast and prior year.
• Support the Category Controller in the monthly brand P&L analysis, to understand and explain the main driver of the performances.
• Lead and optimise monthly reporting package and timings, addressing new local and area requirements.
• Guide corporate planning and quarterly forecast exercises for CFC.
• Collaborate with the Category Controller in collecting all the key information to proper plan and analyse financial scenarios.
• Business partner to all company functions with CFC budget (assist with budget management and insight, POs, recharges).
• Collaborate with other departments by collecting information and providing financial leadership to drive productivity initiatives and support operations management.
• Assist the Category Controller in the preparation of the monthly key decision meeting, providing financial analysis and insights.
• Ad‑Hoc projects and analyses.

The experience we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in controlling area in a multinational company (FMCG preferred) or financial consulting.
• Fluency in English (an international experience during the studies or work is highly valued).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and hands‑on working experience of SAP is a plus.
• Decision‑making and analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive Can‑Do attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
