Cartier - Sales Associate / Maternity Cover

We are looking for a Sales Associate to cover maternity leave at the Firenze Boutique. The role involves ensuring a unique client experience before, during, and after a sale and proactively developing the client portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Achievements:
    • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale.
    • Master the steps of a sale (welcome, discovery, conviction, closing, and development).
    • Adapt to client needs and motivations.
    • Strive to continuously improve and surprise clients.
    • Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
    • Transmit the passion and values of the Maison.
    • Act as the privileged contact for clients in after‑sales.
    • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:
    • Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
    • Efficiently grow the client portfolio.
    • Execute targeted CRM actions.
    • Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison.
  • Daily Boutique Operations:
    • Respect brand and boutique policies and procedures.
    • Participate in inventories.
    • Assist with opening and closing set‑ups and break‑downs.
    • Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
    • Assist with special projects when requested.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
