The Admissions and Provider Recruitment Coordinator at Candeo Iowa is responsible for recruiting host home providers, reviewing applications, conducting interviews and home inspections, and coordinating client matching meetings with the admissions manager.

You will partner with HR to monitor background checks and maintain up-to-date records across all service lines, including employment services and daily SCL, IRSH, and host homes. This role ensures compliant, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience with independent contractors, host home services, or HCBS preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews, home assessments, and training sessions independently.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Recruit host home providers and review IC applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Coordinate home inspections and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Match individuals with appropriate host homes in collaboration with Admissions Manager.
• Maintain onboarding records and complete reference checks with HR.
