Jefferson Wells Italia is assisting a leading international biopharmaceutical company in identifying a Medical Advisor focused on cardiometabolic areas. The MA will lead strategic pre-launch and launch medical plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external experts to maximize patient benefit.

Responsibilities include medical education design, advisory boards, data generation, publications, and ensuring regulatory and SOP compliance.

Competenze

• Medical degree or university degree in science.
• 3+ years in Medical Affairs (MSL, Medical Manager, etc).
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic pre-launch/launch medical plans and activities for new products/indications.
• Provide medical/scientific input to affiliate strategies and cross-functional teams.
• Develop local medical plan with budget oversight and execution.
• Coordinate Medical Advisory Boards and external scientific partnerships.
• Review non-promotional and promotional materials for accuracy and compliance.
