Contract & Working Hours

Full‑time, permanent, shift production (morning, afternoon, night). Pay: around €44,000 RAL plus night shift allowances.

Role

You will join the Production area and, reporting directly to the Production Manager, receive dedicated training that will allow you to operate autonomously. The objective is to support daily production activities, facilitating the organization of shifts, resources and materials, with a holistic view of the production cycle and its operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Planning, Technical and Quality offices and Logistics to guarantee alignment between company functions.
  • Monitor production programmes and shifts, intervening in case of criticalities.
  • Verify auxiliary material stocks and report any required shortages.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave, sickness and accidents.
  • Organise medical visits and training courses with the Company Medical Officer and RSPP.
  • Support the Production Manager and Shift Supervisors in their daily activities.
Ideal Candidate
  • Available to work the 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
  • Naturally organized and precise, with excellent planning and management skills.
  • Ready to be part of a structured, growing environment and to grow professionally towards higher responsibility roles.
