Barclays offers an Off-Cycle Internship in Milan for 3–6 months within the Capital Markets division, exposing you to equity and debt origination, structuring, risk management, and syndication. You’ll work on live deals, proposal preparation, and compelling new business presentations under guidance from seasoned professionals.

You must be in your penultimate or final year, fluent in English and Italian, and show interest in business and finance with strong teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit.
