Competenze

Overview

Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a Capacity Planning & Initiatives Manager to join the Bolton Food Supply Chain Team based in Italy, Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the governance process of the PLM project portfolio.
  • Provide visibility on initiative status and key milestones to support decision-making and prioritization.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and execution feasibility of all key product-related initiatives from a supply chain perspective.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, focusing on On Time (OT) and Time To Market (TTM) KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Industrial Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Sustainability.
  • Facilitate end-to-end collaboration to ensure timely project execution.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks, pro-actively proposing corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement and standardization of project execution processes.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the PLM process and actively support the adoption of the PLM tool across the organization.
Team / Reporting

Your team: You will report directly to the Supply Chain Strategic Planning & Initiative Manager.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Engineering or related field.
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in supply chain planning and/or project management.
  • Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have.
  • Ability to contribute to complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Experience in change management and digital tool adoption is a plus.
  • Communication and leadership: strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Problem solving approach: capable of identifying root causes, proposing actionable solutions.
