STACK Infrastructure in Milano seeks a Campus Manager to lead operations and management of a data center campus, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, budget control, and high client satisfaction across the site.

You will oversee the Critical Operations team, coordinate vendors and projects, and ensure 24/7 safe, reliable operations while driving incident reporting and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Data Center, critical facilities, or campus/facility management.
• Knowledge of maintenance and critical infrastructure systems including cooling, power.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations, vendors, and operational teams.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

As Campus Manager, you will lead the operations and management of a STACK Data Center Campus, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, budget control, and high levels of client satisfaction across the site.

You will oversee the Critical Operations team, coordinate vendors and projects, and ensure the campus operates safely and efficiently in a 24/7 environment.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Data Center, critical facilities, or campus/facility management environments
• Knowledge of maintenance and critical infrastructure systems including cooling, power, and maintenance operations
• Experience managing 24/7 operations, vendors, and operational teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, HSE, and operational best practices
• Financial awareness with experience managing operational budgets
• Fluent in Italian and English

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position. Final compensation will be determined fairly and transparently within this range, based on the candidate's professional experience, skills and qualifications.
