TMC is seeking a skilled engineer for calibration and testing across diesel, gasoline, CNG, hybrid, and electric engines in Bologna, Italy. You will perform bench tests, on-vehicle calibrations, and optimize combustion for performance, consumption, and emissions.

You will develop and tune diagnostic strategies, post-process data, and prepare technical reports while coordinating with software, validation, and systems engineering teams. Travel across Italy and abroad is required.

Mansioni

• Calibration and testing on test benches for diesel, gasoline, CNG, hybrid, and electric engines
• On-vehicle calibration (test drive, road tests)
• Definition and optimization of the combustion process: performance, consumption, emissions
• Calibration of safety and drivability strategies
• Development and fine-tuning of diagnostic strategies (EOBD) and troubleshooting
• Post-processing and analysis of acquired data
• Preparation of technical reports and documentation of testing activities
• Interface with cross-functional teams (software development, validation, systems engineering)
• Travel to test sites, test benches, and clients in Italy and abroad
