A leading high-tech engineering firm in Italy is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join their R&D team. You will prepare and verify engine instrumentation, support engine installations, and analyze experimental results. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and relevant experience with internal combustion engines and calibration systems. Proficiency in English is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with internal combustion engines.
• Knowledge of calibration plans and aftertreatment systems.

Mansioni

• Prepare and verify engine instrumentation.
• Coordinate and support engine installation on test benches.
• Analyze experimental results and prepare reports.

Conoscenze

Knowledge on internal combustion engine

Deep knowledge of Matlab

Strong understanding of diesel engines

Main Tasks

• Prepare and verify engine instrumentation
• Coordinate and support engine installation on test benches.
• Define and execute tests based on established methodologies.
• Analyze experimental results and prepare detailed reports.
• Present findings in dedicated meetings.

Requirements

• BSc / MSc degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Electronic Engineering or similar
• Knowledge on internal combustion engine
• Experience with software tools like Office, Concerto, Uniplot and Inca
• Deep knowledge of Matlab and Simulink tools. Strong understanding of diesel engines and combustion processes.
• Familiarity with calibration plans and aftertreatment systems
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
