RINA is recruiting a CAD Designer to join the Plant Engineering division in Fano, Italy. You will prepare basic engineering designs and drawings for client projects, working with drafters, designers, and engineers on project teams while communicating across departments and with clients.

The role requires 0-2 years of CAD experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Revit, and a strong attention to detail. On-site position in Fano, with a focus on safety and quality.

• Proven ability to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and designs.
• 0-2 years of working experience relevant to CAD design.
• Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit or similar programs.

RINA is currently recruiting for a CAD Designer to join its office in Fano, Italy within the Plant Engineering Division.

Mission

The CAD Designer is responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data to prepare basic engineering designs and drawings for client projects. The individual works with other drafters, designers, and/or engineers on a project team, maintaining effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers, and clients. Operates under minimal supervision; assignments are given in specific terms and are subject to review upon completion, except where tasks are well defined by established standards, policies, and procedures and operate under minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating detailed 2D and 3D designs and technical drawings;
• 0-2 years of working experience;
• Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar programs;
• Understanding of relevant industry standards and practices in fields such as architecture, engineering, or manufacturing;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation;
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and blueprints;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members;
• Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize solutions;
• Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest CAD software advancements and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €25,000 and €32,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.

The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
