MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem to join the MSC Technology Italy development team. The role spans desktop applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The candidate should be proficient in RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and modern testing practices, with experience in Azure DevOps and Git workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Three years or more of application development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem (4.7.2 and 8+).
• Experience with Restful API design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, design, performance).
• Experience with Azure DevOps for project/task management and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET Framework 4.7.2 and .NET 8+.
• Build robust WPF desktop applications with XAML-based interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for distributed systems.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for schema design, queries, and stored procedures.
• Implement unit and integration testing strategies to ensure code quality.
• Maintain code quality through Git version control and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and other teams to deliver solutions.
