For the Vigonza site, we are looking for a Buyer.

Responsibilities

The buyer, reporting to the Purchasing Office manager, will manage the purchase process: supplier search, request for quotation and analysis of received offers, issuance of orders and contracts, definition of payment and delivery terms.

Key tasks include:

• Analyzing request for offer and understanding client specifications in collaboration with site engineers.
• Interpreting project and contract specifications.
• Examining technical documentation related to procured products.
• Continuously searching for new suppliers.
• Identifying the most effective technical and economic solutions while coordinating with suppliers, technicians and clients.
• Interfacing with tender office for information exchange and offers during brief and post‑acquisition phases.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil/architectural engineering or a diploma of surveyor.
• Previous experience in similar roles within the same sector.
• Preferable minimal experience in construction site activities and knowledge of the construction industry from a production perspective.
• Read and interpret project drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
