Job summary

Randstad Italia, divisione InHouse, seleziona un Procurement Specialist per componenti in CFRP da inserire nel dipartimento acquisti a Faenza (RA).Sarai parte di un ambiente giovane, internazionale e orientato a progetti avanzati nel motorsport.

Il ruolo richiede laurea in ingegneria o economia, esperienza nel procurement di materiali compositi in settori high-tech, ottime capacità di negoziazione e fluente inglese. Offriamo percorsi di formazione e bonus legati a performance.

Qualifications

• Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria o Economia.
• Esperienza pregressa in procurement con materiali compositi nei settori Motorsport, Aerospace o Automotive.
• Competenze commerciali, analitiche e di negoziazione.
• Conoscenza tecnica di componenti in compositi.
• Fluenza in inglese e conoscenza MS Office (in particolare Excel).

Responsibilities

• Gestire progetti di outsourcing per componenti in CFRP in stretta collaborazione con l’Lead Buyer, inclusa la gestione di item di additive manufacturing.
• Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e definire piani di miglioramento.
• Contribuire a definire la strategia delle commodity insieme al Lead Buyer.
• Cacciare nuovi fornitori per migliorare efficienza e tecnologie utilizzate.
• Gestire il ciclo d’acquisto per la commodity assegnata in base a esigenze di progetto e produzione.
• Emettere ordini di acquisto rispettando scadenze, requisiti di qualità e costi.
• Guidare RFQ, analizzare offerte, negoziare prezzi e condizioni.
• Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e attuare azioni correttive entro i limiti autorizzati.
• Effettuare scouting fornitori e supportare audit in linea con la strategia di dipartimento.
• Mantenere reportistica accurata e KPI per la commodity assegnata.

The selected candidate will handle all commodities related to composite materials—from supplier scouting and negotiations to issuing purchase orders and managing the Bill of Materials (BOM), in collaboration with the Production Planning Department.

Responsabilità

In this role, you will:

• Manage key outsourcing projects for carbon fiber components in close collaboration with the Lead Buyer, as well as handle additive manufacturing items at various levels of complexity.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct annual reviews to define improvement plans and future business opportunities.
• Contribute to defining the commodity strategy alongside the Lead Buyer.
• Scout new suppliers to improve efficiency and technologies used.
• Manage the full purchasing lifecycle for the assigned commodity based on project and production needs.
• Issue purchase orders, ensuring delivery deadlines, quality requirements, and cost targets are met.
• Lead Requests for Quotation (RFQs), analyzing quotes, negotiating prices and commercial terms, and overseeing order fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance within your assigned scope and implement corrective actions within authorized limits, reporting major issues to the Lead Buyer.
• Perform supplier scouting and support supplier audits in line with departmental strategy.
• Maintain accurate reporting and track KPIs for the assigned commodity, providing regular updates to the Lead Buyer.

Functie-eisen

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Previous procurement experience with composite materials in the Motorsport, Aerospace, or Automotive sectors (or similar high-tech industries), with a specific focus on CFRP components.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge of composite components.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Resilience, attention to detail, a strong team-player mindset, and problem-solving skills.
