Responsibilities
- Based on business expansion needs, be responsible for global full-category recruitment, brand introduction, supplier management, etc.
- Follow up on the full process management of orders, coordinate with domestic category operation teams, integrate internal and external resources, and complete order and sales targets.
- Coordinate with overseas branch teams to achieve target assessment, assist in team management, provide strategic output, and solve various abnormal matters.
- As the project leader, implement solutions based on business pain points.
- Complete other tasks as temporarily arranged according to business and management needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years of relevant BD experience in positions such as recruitment in the industries of maternity and baby products, shoes and bags, beauty products, clothing, and luxury goods, and familiar with e-commerce business processes and policies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
- Good command of both Chinese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
- Possess sharp market insight and judgment, strong communication and coordination skills, and negotiation skills in recruitment.
- Strong learning ability, execution ability, stress resistance, and self-motivation.
