This includes defining enhancements for mobile applications, instant‑win experiences, and web‑based draw results to ensure cohesive, high‑quality player interactions.

Omnichannel Experience Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive player journey maps that seamlessly connect digital and retail environments. Examples include Click & Collect prize claims, retail‑to‑digital engagement flows, and promotional mechanisms that unify physical and online channels.

Business–Technology Alignment: Translate strategic business objectives into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for Agile delivery teams. Ensure squads understand the business rationale behind each requirement and support them throughout refinement, development, and testing phases.

Regulatory Compliance & Product Integrity: Ensure all digital products fully comply with relevant gaming regulations, Responsible Gaming (RG) standards, and data protection requirements (including GDPR). Maintain rigor in documentation and change control processes to uphold product integrity.

Qualifications

Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a digital‑first environment (eCommerce, Fintech, iGaming, or similar), ideally with exposure to physical retail operations and their supporting technologies.

Omnichannel & Retail Technology Understanding: Hands‑on experience delivering solutions that bridge digital products with physical hardware or retail systems (e.g., EPOS systems, mobile scanning features, loyalty platforms).

Agile Delivery Expertise: Strong command of the Software Development Lifecycle within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban). Proficient in backlog management and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.

Analytical & Visualisation Skills: Proficiency across MS Office tools, Visio, and digital whiteboarding or wireframing applications such as Figma, Miro, or equivalent platforms.

Stakeholder Communication & Influence: Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language for non‑technical stakeholders while maintaining the necessary level of detail and precision for engineering teams.
