A leading IT consulting firm in Catania is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze and improve workflows. You will collaborate with teams, use Atlassian tools, and promote Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and strong analytical skills. This position is fully remote.

• Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication
• Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to support digital transformation
• Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas

Work mode : 100% remote.

Competenze richieste

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
