Moncler is seeking a passionate and engaged Business Planning and Reporting Intern to join the Business Planning & Control team at our Global HQ in Milan. This curricular internship, immediate start, lasts 6 months and is full-time.

You will support reporting for the DTC channel, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and help prepare periodic performance documents while collaborating with regional teams and maintaining store data for reporting purposes.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and passionate attitude.

Mansioni

• Carrying out business performance reporting for the DTC channel, analyzing variances versus Budget/LY and KPIs.
• Supporting in the annual Budget and Forecast process.
• Supporting the preparation of periodic company performance documents.
• Maintaining constant communication with Regional structures regarding store performances.
• Maintaining store registry information necessary for reporting matters.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Carrying out of business performance reporting for the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channel, analyzing variances versus Budget/LY and implementing industry-specific KPIs;
• Supporting in the annual Budget and Forecast process;
• Supporting the preparation of periodic company performance documents;
• Constant communication with Regional structures with reference to store performances;
• Maintenance of store registry information necessary for reporting matters;

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering;
• Proficient in English;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Passionate and proactive.
