Your role
  • Being part of a young dynamic team, you will report directly to the General Manager of Italy. You will be the key point of contact for the sales reporting and statistics progress for all the distribution channels for Swisse and Zesty Paws brands in Italy with continuous interactions with the Field team, the commercial and marketing management.
  • Also, you will have close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and customer service team in managing S&OP.
  • The role is conceived with business development mindset also, with possible involvement in analysing new segments, new channels, new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute and leverage scientific and technical knowledge in nutrition and skin care to drive the creation of winning products for multiple markets.
  • Reporting activity in daily sales, sales by category, channel, product for Swisse and Zesty Paws using the Power BI system.
  • Sale force target setting in collaboration with the Sales Director: analysis of sales results and sales policies and definition of network sales targets.
  • Net Sales analysis by customer for both off-line and on-line channels.
  • Sales performance monitoring/payment control/target achievement including the monthly calculation of external sales representative fees.
  • Reconciliation monthly NSR between Power BI – ERP and 3PL.
  • Competitive intelligence market data– P&L structure of main competitors in the Beauty supplement arena.
  • Product dashboard monitoring in collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations Departments.
  • Commercial policies performance.
  • Definition and monitoring of POA (plan of action).
  • Driving and implementing SFE projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience as BI specialist/coordinator in solid structured business contexts in customer excellence/finance/business analytics.
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and continuous‑learning mindset.
  • University background in economics.
  • Industry: Health care/Pharma.
  • Contract: Full‑time, long‑term.
  • Starting date: November/December 2025.
