LEO Pharma is seeking a Business Insight and SFE Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Finance & Commercial Excellence team in Rome. You will support operational and strategic activities, analyze market data, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive action plans.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, are proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and have excellent English.

Your role

As a Business Insight and SFE Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational and strategic activities of our commercial and business operations functions. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Providing operational support in commercial activities, including key projects and market data analysis.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to monitor performance and help develop action plans to improve outcomes.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects by coordinating with different departments to implement innovative and effective solutions.
• Analyzing data and insights using advanced tools to provide actionable recommendations for business strategies.
• Preparing detailed reports and support materials for management to assist in decision‑making processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting ideas to simplify internal operations and enhance efficiency.
• Working on internal systems and platforms to upload, download and analyze data.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• A degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

The annual gross base salary for new hires in this role ranges from EUR 30.000 to EUR 35.000. This range has been established by considering multiple factors such as the candidate’s experience, educational background, unique skill set, and the market value for the position. Employment for this position is governed by the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico.

Compensation is offered within the established range and is calculated based on the candidate’s skills, professional background, and level of expertise. The higher end of the range is typically allocated to individuals with substantial experience or outstanding qualifications that meet the specific demands of the role.
