BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The selected candidate will actively contribute to the company's commercial growth through the promotion and sale of available products/services. They will also serve as the reference point for product presentation, negotiation management, and service activation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Activities
- Managing initial contact with clients through outbound and inbound commercial activities, primarily related to the DMS product/service.
- Conducting personalized commercial presentations, both remotely and in person.
- Preparing and sending economic proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Providing active support throughout the sales process, from first interaction to contract closure.
- Configuring and managing customer accounts within the DMS platform.
- Collaborating with the technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality customer experience.
- Monitoring performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the commercial approach related to the DMS product/service.
- Supporting the "Management Account System Project" for account data management in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Assisting Sales Area Managers in daily operations, client visits, and company-organized events.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conducting detailed analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in linguistic or technical fields.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CRM systems for customer management. Familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.
- Previous experience in commercial roles, customer care, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and common payment methods is appreciated.
- Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
