A leading yacht agency located in Ventimiglia is seeking a skilled Business Development/Sales Representative to drive growth. The role involves actively seeking new business, maintaining client relationships, and participating in events and boat shows. Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian, have 2+ years of relevant experience, and be willing to travel extensively. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in the yachting sector with a global presence.

Competenze

  • Proven work experience in the yachting industry (at least 2 years).
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel by car when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and interface with other departments.

MYS - international yacht agency based in Italy, Monaco, Spain, USA, Caribbean and Maldives - is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development/Sales Rapresentative to join our team. While the position is formally based in Ventimiglia, the role requires frequent travel, between the various company offices and other destinations for yacht shows, events and business development purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
  • Participate in business trips to find new Clients and develop new partnerships;
  • Act as the liaison between our Clients and the Operations team;
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients at a high standard;
  • Ensure proper after-sales service;
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience;
  • Participate in boat shows and events;

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1 level is mandatory);
  • Fluent in Italian (C1 level is mandatory);
  • Willing to travel for long periods;
  • Proven work experience in the yachting industry (at least 2 years), preferibly as a Business Development/Sales Representative or similar role;
  • Driver’s license - must be willing to travel by car when needed;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
  • Problem solving and can-do attitude;
  • Proactive and flexible person (time and travel);
  • Must be able to work independently and interface with other departments;
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
