Your challenge

We’re looking for a Business Sales Representative with a strong fintech background and proven success in selling SaaS B2B products. Your goal will be to expand Tot’s customer base by identifying, engaging and converting potential customers into long‑term partners.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fintech scale‑up at a key growth stage — where your results will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.

What you will do
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target segments.
  • Contribute to cross‑selling and upselling by identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing customer bases
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demo to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and key decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimize the sales funnel and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and retention.
  • Stay on top of fintech trends and competitors to fine‑tune our go‑to‑market approach.
  • Represent Tot at industry events and networking opportunities.
What you need to succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in selling digital products or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the financial ecosystem and SMEs’ needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset : you know how to use KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and a collaborative attitude.
  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
Nice to have
  • Experience in startup or scale‑up environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with subscription models and upselling strategies.
  • Passion for fintech innovation and the SME ecosystem.
