What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and personalized emails

Qualify leads from website forms, and industry events

Use LinkedIn and other platforms to engage in social selling and nurture relationships

Collaborate with account managers and the leadership team to ensure smooth client transitions

Maintain a consistent sales pipeline, meet activity and conversion KPIs, and update the CRM system regularly

Who You Are
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles (experience in media, advertising, or SaaS is a plus)
  • You’re motivated by goals, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Experience or interest in luxury, fashion, design, pr, advertising or international publishing is a plus
