About The Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing commercial team and support Hercle’s next stage of growth by expanding our client base, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships in the digital asset ecosystem. As a BDR, you will play a key role in sourcing, qualifying, and developing high-value leads - across traditional financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native firms. You’ll work closely with the commercial team to position Hercle’s solutions effectively, contributing directly to revenue generation and strategic expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys relationship-building, and has a deep interest in the intersection of crypto, fintech, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research prospective clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to engage potential qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through discovery calls and needs analysis.
  • Support the sales pipeline by managing CRM data, tracking interactions, and reporting on lead conversion metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and proposals.
  • Monitor competitor and market activity to identify trends and commercial angles, and form outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outbound messaging with brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or crypto environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Multilingual with fluent English.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about emerging technologies and financial markets.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
