Business Development Manager – Energy & Utilities

Titan4 is an advanced Earth Observation and AI platform for monitoring critical infrastructure such as roads, bridges, dams, railways, and energy networks. We help operators anticipate risks, detect anomalies early, and make data-driven decisions to enhance resilience and sustainability.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Energy & Utilities to join our growing team and lead business development activities in this strategic sector.

Your role
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with utilities, energy companies, and infrastructure operators.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners in the energy and water sectors.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored Titan4 solutions.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the Energy & Utilities or Infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in B2B technology, SaaS, or geospatial/AI solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (other European languages are a plus).
  • A proactive, curious mindset with passion for innovation and sustainability.
