Ideal Candidate
- Have senior-level experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Fluent in English.
- Are a professional in negotiations and client product presentations.
- Excel at identifying new business opportunities and finding potential business partners.
- Willing to travel frequently internationally for exhibitions and targeted events.
- Possess significant experience in the Miltech / defense industry and / or a strong technical background, which has enabled you to build existing connections and a robust network within the defense sector, especially with NATO nations and major defense manufacturers (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Rheinmetall). Having such an established network is a critical requirement for securing multi‑million dollar contracts and facilitating rapid market entry.
- Have a proven track record of building sales in the US and European markets, with a particular interest in Nordic countries and potentially Asia.
- A "seasoned veteran" with deep industry knowledge, possibly from a background with large defense companies, eager to apply your expertise to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Processing leads from exhibitions and managing incoming orders from international markets.
- Participating in negotiations with partners, dealers, and integrators.
- Actively seeking new clients, partners, and investors to expand sales in the USA and Europe (especially Nordic countries and potentially Asia). Your ability to rapidly enter new markets (1-2 countries within six months) and secure multi‑million dollar contracts will be key.
- Analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Identifying grant opportunities, preparing and submitting applications in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Analyzing regulatory requirements and developing market entry and product monetization strategies.
