Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our boutique network, manage onboarding, organize CRM pipelines, coordinate logistics partners, and help drive monthly growth targets. You will join daily online team meetings and take part in hiring and guiding a Brand Partnerships Associate as the team expands.

Responsibilities
  • Daily reporting.
  • Hiring brand partnerships associates on OAB basis.
  • Identify and contact luxury boutiques and brand representatives.
  • Present WizBay and secure partnership onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding : documentation, verification, and product upload support.
  • Organize and maintain the CRM and brand pipeline.
  • Join daily online internal meetings for coordination and progress review.
  • Support in hiring and supervising a Brand Partnerships Associate.
  • Work towards monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Compare and coordinate logistics partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with focus on Italy → EU delivery and customs / FDA compliance.
  • Attend boutique visits and relevant industry events in Milan.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or business development in fashion or luxury.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing CRM follow-ups.
  • Professional presentation and relationship-building ability.
  • Fluent Italian & English (additional languages are a plus).
