  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of prospect interactions and progress in Salesforce and track and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Account Managers to seamlessly transition qualified leads to the Account Manager, ensuring the highest likelihood that customer opportunities will transact with Fluence in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Fluence’s differentiators to shape the opportunity and influence the project specifications to favor the company’s strengths.
  • Deliver indicative pricing and proposals to begin opportunity development.
  • In select cases, take qualified lead further into tangible opportunity development.
  • Build internal opportunity overviews and lead initial deal strategy and win‑planning discussions.
  • Gather and communicate insights from customer and stakeholder conversations back to Fluence’s Sales, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
  • Inform pricing strategies, product development, and go‑to‑market positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and broader market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

  • Strong understanding of the energy industry and competitive landscape, ideally with established industry relationships and strong technical understanding.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain new customer relationships and to influence early sales stages.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and proactive in generating and converting leads.
