Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle the day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow our business through the FX industry.
  • Expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  • Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
  • Follow up on queries and provide feedback to clients promptly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Training and support will be provided.

Experience Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is a MUST.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role is required.
