Your Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in air and sea freight to booster our presence in Italy. As a pivotal member of our local field sales team in Padova, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities :
  • Provide adept support and consultation to both new and existing customers;
  • Strategically cultivate business growth by nurturing customer relationships and securing lucrative new ventures;
  • Develop tailored requirement profiles to meet the specific needs of each customer;
  • Engage in negotiations to establish favorable contract terms and conditions;
  • Keep a vigilant eye on market trends and competitors;
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM tools effectively;
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Demonstrated track record in sales within the air and sea freight industry.
  • Proficiency in English, accompanied by excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently and in a target-oriented manner.
