A leading language solutions provider is looking for a B2B Sales professional in Milan. In this role, you will develop the Swiss market by prospecting clients and closing meetings. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and is native in English with proficiency in German or French. This opportunity offers a dynamic work culture, great benefits, and the ability to work from any of the company’s 20 offices worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Develop our Swiss market by prospecting clients identifying the decision makers providing proposals and closing meetings.

Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues challenge conventional learning approaches and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.

Build consultative relationships with influencers stakeholders and decision-makers from your key client accounts.

Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.

Participate in exhibitions and events.

Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales. Good to have SaaS and international experience.

Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations including senior managers and the C-suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication presentation and negotiation abilities.

Team player self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented collaborative environment.

Proactive personable hard-working and easily adaptable.

Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.

Relevant experience in the Training e-Learning HR services industry is definitely a plus.

Native English level

Bilingual / fluent in German or French
