A language services provider is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to expand client relationships in Germany and Italy. This onsite role requires a proactive individual fluent in German and English to implement effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, setting and achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. Candidates with a background in business development or related fields and a graduation degree are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager (Onsite Role – German Expert)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Germany & Italy (European Market). No relocation package included.

About the Role

The Business Development Executive/Manager (German Expert) will manage and expand our client relationships in Germany and Italy. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with German clients (existing and prospective) and selected Italy clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching industry prospects and introducing targeted solutions.
  • Maintain and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Achieve assigned targets for sales revenue, prospecting activity, and pipeline quality.
  • Manage workload by setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating results to ensure success.
Qualifications
  • Graduation required.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Working knowledge of tools used in the translation/localization industry.
  • Experience in business development, administration, management, or sales (Fresher–2 Years).
