Overview

At OPIS, a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we are seeking a "hungry for success" Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on EU region.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, research target companies, and connect with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. You’ll play a key role in introducing OPIS services, understanding client needs, and supporting long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and analyze organizations to identify decision-makers.
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts.
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
