About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Developer with an engineering mindset, someone who can translate complex technology into clear business value. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our cutting‑edge technology and industrial partners, helping us bring Exsensia’s innovation to market.

You’ll work directly with the founders to bring Exsensia’s innovation to market, identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and shaping our go‑to‑market and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities in robotics, manufacturing, and Industry 4.0/5.0.
• Engage with industrial clients, integrators and ecosystem partners to build strategic collaborations.
• Understand our technology and turn it into compelling value propositions.
• Support the definition of go‑to‑market strategies.
• Conduct market and technology analyses to guide business decisions.
• Represent Exsensia at industry fairs, demos, and networking events.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solution engineering, ideally in robotics, automation, or industrial tech.
• Degree in engineering, management engineering, or related technical field.
• Curiosity for robotics, automation, and AI.
• Ability to understand technical systems and explain them in clear business terms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus.
