Business Developer

In Business Developer role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the growth of the Air Welded Heat Exchangers solutions with a focus on the data centers market, gathering information directly from the market and through the sales companies, supporting product development and strategic market expansion. Moreover, your responsibilities include analyzing client needs and requests of offer, developing custom solutions, creating technical documentation, and acting like a link between sales and technical department.

Job responsibilities
  • Understand current market needs and anticipate future directions
  • Support the sales companies in scanning the market for new opportunities
  • Joint visits of customers with the sales force
  • Support the sales companies and/or bid engineers during quotation process
  • Support transverse marketing activities on your perimeter (training of salesforce, acquisition, communication, etc.)
  • Transmit market needs to product managers and technical development
  • Support product and software continuous development
Profile

Comfortable with both technical and marketing skills, you have international experience and present a solid knowledge about our business, especially within the data centers markets.

You are passionate about new technologies, and willing to drive new applications and products. An entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of value propositions to identify and deliver solutions.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills and open to work in matrix organization. Self-confidence, change management and communication will be key to succeed in this role.
