A technology consulting firm in Milan is looking for a Business Developer to expand its sales team. Responsibilities include promoting ICT services, supporting clients, and coordinating business development activities. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of sales experience in ICT, proficiency in digital tools, and excellent interpersonal skills.

To expand our sales team we are looking for:

Business Developer

The position will be placed within the Sales Area and will specifically be responsible for:

  • Promote the sale of products/services on the reference markets by taking care of their commercial development;
  • Support client companies in the process of identifying solutions and products that best meet their needs;
  • Coordinate business development activities by liaising with the marketing department with the aim of stimulating and capturing market demand;
  • Personally handle the various phases of the commercial negotiation.
What are we looking for?
The skills required
  • 1-2 years of experience in selling ICT services and/or products
  • Proficiency in using digital tools (Office 365 platform and CRM systems)
  • Motivation for the role, passion for the ICT world with particular attention to the new technologies and digital transformation sector;
  • Previous experience in managing commercial negotiations;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and listening skills, and the ability to work in a team and towards objectives;

Reference area: Northwest or Northeast
