Lottomatica Group in Italy is seeking a Business Contract Concessionaire Specialist for a maternity replacement contract, part time (75%). Based in Rome, you will manage census, changes, implementation and resolution of AWP and VLT contracts, using Kofax and Gosign workflows.

You’ll support Business Units and clients with document management, handle certified emails, and produce progress reports on client contracts.

We are looking for a candidate to join the AWP & Gaming Product team as a Business Contract Concessionaire Specialist - maternity replacement contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing census, changes, implementation, and resolution procedures for the AWP and VLT areas using the Kofax system.
• Handling documentation with digital signatures using Infocert's Gosign application.
• Managing the Group's certified emails for both concessionaires.
• Supporting Business Units and internal/external clients with everything related to document management.
• Managing reports on the progress of AWP and VLT client contracts.
• Management of equipment cancellations, warnings, and, more generally, incoming and outgoing communications.

The following are considered desirable:

• Previous experience in similar roles, especially in contract and document management
• Basic knowledge of the business in the Gaming sector
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
