Candidates should have proven experience in project management, strong stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of ERP processes, along with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.

We are working with a leading European digital transformation company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP systems. With 1,500+ employees across multiple countries and hundreds of successful ERP projects, they are looking for an experienced Business Central Project Manager to lead full-lifecycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with business processes.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution scoping and project planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Strong project management skills (Agile and / or Waterfall).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing).
