The ideal candidate will work on complex processes, provide project leadership, and support junior developers. This role emphasizes ERP system development and offers a hybrid working environment.

• Basic knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts, including T-SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code development environment.

Position Overview

Within the Microsoft Cloud capability, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Developer for ERP Microsoft Business Central. The ideal candidate is dynamic, has solid technical experience, and can proactively support our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deepen the functional logic of base system modules.
• Design and develop extension apps for the Business Central core base.
• Design and develop new apps for customizations requested by the client.
• Develop complex processes using integration with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services.
• Support functional roles in analyzing client requests and assessing feasibility.
• Follow the full life cycle of activities, from requirement gathering to post go‑live, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support activities.
• Design and develop interfaces between Microsoft Business Central and other systems via web APIs.
• Support and coordinate the onboarding and training of junior developers in the group.
• Execute fine‑tuning, monitoring, and performance review of the system.
• Participate in Microsoft Business Central implementation projects as a technical lead.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts, including T‑SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code development environment.
• Previous experience in developing extensions for ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of general business processes.
• Team‑work orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients.
