Job Description Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making and enhancing Business Unit performance by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of data. You will collaborate with internal and European team members to gather business requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of data‑driven systems and solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing actionable insights to boost efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, input, and update projections and forecasts (sales, profit, expenses) with the required level of detail, granularity, and time sensitivity.
  • Partner in the development and maintenance of reports for various internal customers, both local and European.
  • Collaborate with local and European Finance teams to assess, verify, and revise the P&L elements pertaining to the Business Unit.
  • Support Cluster Sr Marketing Manager and ITG Sr. PM in new products' development to ensure launch within target timing and profitability.
  • Conduct ad hoc performance analyses, including the creation and management of dedicated analytical tools.
  • Assist with the creation of Monthly Commercial Reviews (MCR), Quarterly Projections, Business Reviews, and the Annual Strategic Review (ASR).
  • Assist in analyzing scenarios and contexts to aid in making strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor and actively manage the evolution of planning and analysis systems (e.g., BPC, PBI), ensuring accurate usage and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the optimization of sales processes by employing, updating, and continuously improving existing tools and methodologies (e.g., Competitive Price Observatory, P&P Simulator).
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing initiatives (e.g., Mercury and Project Pear) aimed at improving pricing management and performance tracking.
  • Support harmonization and alignment of Planning & Forecasting activities with data and info recorded in SFDC to assure a Pipeline health & consistency.
  • Act as “SFDC single contact point” for the ITG country sales organization.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field
  • A proven experience in similar role
  • Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flawless attention to detail and a keen sense of time sensitivity.
  • Skill in effectively working together with local and European teams.
  • Proficiency in planning and analysis systems like BPC or equivalent experience (e.g., PBI).
  • Experience in developing and managing analytical tools.
  • Effective communication skills to develop and present reports for a variety of interested parties.
  • Proficiency in aiding strategic business decision‑making through in‑depth analysis of scenarios and contexts.
  • Capability to optimize sales processes and implement pricing initiatives.
