We Are seek a Business and Functional Analyst – AML Sector – senior level, with proven experience and deep knowledge of the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) industry, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).
• Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, business administration, information technology Anti-money laundering and compliance systems or similar degrees.
• AML Knowledge, in particularly in the areas of Name Screening, Suspicious transaction reporting (STR), Knowledge of the customer (KYC), Continuous monitoring.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels, and previous experience working on complex projects in the financial services industry.

• Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Service.

• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
