Your Role And Responsibilities

• Business Process and Requirements Analysis: Actively participate in meetings with stakeholders, identify business requirements, gather input, and define business needs. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems or end‑to‑end processes to assess how changes or improvements can be effectively implemented.
• Cost Evaluation and Budgeting: Analyze potential costs associated with proposed IT solutions, prepare cost assessments, and contribute to project budgeting to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure that IT projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Requirement Documentation and Functional Specifications: Translate gathered business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications. Ensure all requirements are documented accurately for development and testing teams.
• Collaboration in Implementation and Testing: Support development and testing teams during the implementation phase, ensuring that the IT solutions align with business needs and meet quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement and Reporting: Track the progress of ongoing projects, provide regular status reports, and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Business process analysis and improvement
