To support the expansion and strengthening of its team in Rome, HSPI is looking for a Business Analyst to join the organization.

The selected candidate will work in a hybrid mode and will be assigned to high-profile clients in both national and international contexts.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and re-engineer the Client’s business processes.
• Review and optimize the Client’s organizational model.
• Support the Client in managing digital transformation programs.
• Assist in the implementation of ERP Information Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, etc.) covering the analyzed processes, in line with industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Strong ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in management consulting, business process analysis, and/or organizational design.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
