Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, collaborative individual to join our Milan team. You will build a deep, 360° understanding of the product, users, business model, and economics, applying AI, data, and research to uncover growth opportunities and inform product decisions.

You will ideate, test, and execute initiatives across engineering, design, and other teams, delivering tangible customer value.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Understand. Build a 360° understanding of your product, users, business model, competitive landscape, and economics. Use AI, data, and research to uncover key business drivers, diagnose challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and product development.
• Ideate. Turn insights into concrete opportunities and hypotheses for testing. Explore new products features, growth initiatives, monetization opportunities, and improvements to how the business operates, prioritizing those with the greatest potential impact.
• Execute. Turn the most promising opportunities into action and clear customer value. Support roadmap conversations with enterprise clients, build the business case, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to bring initiatives to life.
• Optimize. Use A/B tests, business and product metrics, and ongoing analysis to understand what works and what doesn’t. Scale successful initiatives, improve existing ones, and use each result to inform the next cycle of discovery and execution.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

Before you apply
